Volunteer Information

What to Expect

Night to Shine will be held on Friday, February 7th, 2020 from 6:00-9:00pm. Volunteers should expect to be at the event from 5:00-10:00pm. Per the Tim Tebow Foundation, all volunteers are required to attend one of two trainings (Jan. 16th at 6:30pm or Jan. 26th at 5:00pm) and submit to a background check (for those 18 and older).
Red Carpet Team
The Red Carpet team is open to all ages. At the beginning of the night, this team will act as the "paparazzi," welcoming guests and making them feel like kings and queens as they arrive for the Night to Shine. This is the perfect place for whole families to serve together. For the safety of our Honored Guests, Buddies, and Volunteers, our volunteers on the Red Carpet will not enter into the dance once the Red Carpet is shut down unless a volunteer has been approved to do so.

Red Carpet Team sign-ups are now open.
