What to Expect
Volunteers should expect to be at the event on Friday, February 10 from 5:00-10:00pm. Per the Tim Tebow Foundation, all volunteers ages 18+ are required to attend one of two trainings and submit to a background check.
Training sessions:
Thursday, 1/26, 6:30-7:30pm
Sunday, 1/29, 4:00-5:00pm
The minimum age to volunteer for most positions is 16, except where noted by “18+.” Formal attire is required for all volunteer positions listed below on the night of the event unless otherwise noted.
Volunteer Team Descriptions
RED CARPET TEAM
The Red Carpet team is open to all ages and is the one team that does not require a background check. At the beginning of the night, this team will act as the “paparazzi,” welcoming guests and making them feel like kings and queens as they arrive for the Night to Shine. This is the perfect place for whole families to serve together. For the safety of our Honored Guests, Buddies, and Volunteers, our volunteers on the Red Carpet will not enter into the dance once the Red Carpet is shut down unless a volunteer has been approved to do so. Apply for the Red Carpet Team.
